How does coaching work?
Almost every successful leader and athlete has retained a coach at some point in their career. In coaching you will discuss strengths, issues and challenges going forward, develop practical strategies, learn new powerful tools, and then begin the journey of turning insight into reality. The coach gives non-judgmental guidance and support weekly or bi-weekly while helping the client advance their stretch goals. The coach holds the space for transformation by supporting the client’s accountability, clarity and confidence.
